Crash Test Analyses

This is an analysis method to investigate the interaction between the structures when the impact effect plays an important role in their dynamic motions.

For example, collision analyses between ships and/or ships with other structures such as port or barge, or shipwreck problems or interaction between ship's bow structure and anchor could be analysed to investigate the impact effects.
